Default Bonus Mission Pack, and Bonus items question

Ok so I got the Guild Wars Factions Platinum Edition, and found out that it has the Guild Wars Game of the Year Edition. So I type in the /Bonus and get all my weapons then I realized I don't have the stone for the Ingenious Imp. How do I get it? Is there something I have to type in besides /Bonus? And second question so with the Platinum Edition you also get the Bonus Mission Pack, and so I was all excited, but I don't know how to use em. So how can I get into the missions?? All input is appreciated!!

Suffice it to say, that in a moment of unparalleled genius, it was decided that you'll only get the new imp if you bought your game of the year edition (or upgrade) from the online store. So you, like many of the rest of us who bought the actual retail version of Prophecies game of the year edition, are left in the lurch and will have to shell out an additional expenditure for the shiniest new toy.... being said Fire Imp.

I don't say it often, but this calls for a "GG Anet!"

I say Shame
Anet should consider a customer is a customer is a customer.

All very well to be relying on their own online sales store now but many of their sales came from stores selling boxed versions not to mention the pre start disks for Factions NF and EYE.
So in a way they are as successfull as they are due to sales in stores, another example of the unfairness created by the company.

I don't think they even consider these things and doubt they get decent feedback from their customer base to see their error.
They just appear to have someone in their ideas department with an odd touch when it comes to customer satisfaction.

I never saw a ce version of prophesies so never got the glowing hands bit, learned my lesson and bought all the other CE versions in stores.
I got all the books disks maps and freebies so no complaint there.

Purely by luck I upgraded the game online to get the bonus weapons and so got the imp.
I cannot say I will use it much as my characters under level 20 are just used for storage and trading, if I had a presearing character I would use it a lot.

No matter when the idea is fully tested I figure more summoning stones will appear in game to please us while we await gw2.
And the Imp will get altered to be usable by everyone by Christmas.

you're complaining because you didn't get something for free?
anet's a company; they need to make money somehow.

The Imp costs less than a single meal at most places or, soon, a gallon of gas, so stop being such cheapskates.

I got it free on one account and bought it for the second, mainly to speed up the "training" section for a survivor. I've already gotten my money's worth in time saved and it is fun to have around for Pre characters. It also kind of glows in caves, which is neat.

Now if they would just make extra character slots the same price, I'd add more of those.

So I can just pay money and put this on my LDoA? that would make killing the charr a whole lot easier that is for sure.

Just type Bonus when killing the charr at lvl 18?

Yep, works on lvl 19 and below characters once added to your account. Type "/bonus" and the Summoning Stone should appear in your inventory. Only took a few minutes to buy and start using, including setting up the PlayNC store account.

Remember, once summoned the Fire Imp is around for 60 minutes or until it is killed or you zone out. It also tends to automatically attack anything in aggro range, so keep that in mind.

Regina posted specific info on this in her "Game of the Year 2008 Upgrade Information" thread, as well as the first post of the "MOX and the Fire Imp" thread, both in The Riverside Inn section. See Darcy's post above for the link.

youll just have to buy the update in the ingame store, because a-net decided that inorder for ppl to get the imp you need to buy ingame store.
